Service:
This is a paid, 60-minute clarity consultation for serious luxury property buyers considering Mumbai projects (Worli, Lower Parel, Bandra, Prabhadevi, South Mumbai and similar prime micro‑markets).
By booking, you confirm you are seeking personalized strategic advice, not sales solicitation, brokerage services, or direct property transactions.

Eligibility:
You must be the property decision‑maker, authorized family member, or key stakeholder for the proposed purchase.
All information provided in pre‑call questionnaires and during the session should be truthful, complete, and relevant to your property and wealth‑planning goals.

Conduct:
The session is strictly confidential and intended for your personal/family use only.
Recording (audio or video) is permitted only with prior written consent from Mr. Vikas Kujur; disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate session termination without refund.

Fees and Cancellations:
The consultation fee is due in full at the time of booking via a secure payment processor.
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
No‑shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session fee (non‑refundable), except in reasonable, documented emergencies at our discretion.
