This is a paid, 60-minute clarity consultation for high-value homebuyers considering Gurgaon/Delhi NCR luxury real estate.
By booking, you confirm you are seeking personalized advice, not sales solicitation.
Eligibility:
You must be the property decision-maker or authorized family member.
All information provided before and during the call should be truthful and relevant to your goals.
Conduct:
The session is confidential and intended for your personal use. Recording is only permitted with prior consent.
Fees and Cancellations:
Fees are due at booking. Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee, except in emergencies.
Liability:
Advice is based on market expertise, not legally binding investment guidance. Due diligence for transactions rests with the client.
