Refunds:
A full refund is available for requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time.
No refund for completed consultations or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, except for emergency situations (at our discretion).
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.
