By booking, you confirm you are seeking personalized strategic advice, not sales solicitation or property transactions.
Eligibility:
You must be the property decision-maker, authorized family member, or key stakeholder.
All information provided in pre-call questionnaires and during the session should be truthful, complete, and relevant to your property goals.
Conduct:
The session is strictly confidential and intended for your personal/family use only.
Recording is permitted only with prior written consent from Mr. Jay Purohit. Disruptive or abusive conduct will result in session termination.
Fees and Cancellations:
Fee is due at booking via secure payment processor.
Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge with 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee (non-refundable), except in documented emergencies.
